Please i want to know How Ultimate Cycler Manage To Pay it's members?

I've been looking for ways to make money working, like really working hard, online but without having to seriously depend on any academic qualifications or having deep knowledge of complicated business systems. I've been looking for a system that does not need a lot of cash to join but something that would give me money for the effort I put in, unlike casinos and stuff ( I HATE THOSE WITH A PASSION :zx11pissed: ). I mean a system that'd give me money that'd properly be accounted for.
Alright then I came across this program called Ultimate Cycler by Peter Wolfing.
You invest $25 and then you refer other people and then stuff happens but at the end of it all you get away with more money (about $100) and it can be done over and over again.

Okay, I was just wondering how these guys make profit and manage to pay the members. Does anybody know of a page or video that explains it?
I'm kinda new to this whole thing of 2x2 programs and whatever...
Is this thing designed in such a way that the company expects to make profit from the members who are likely to fail?
I've tried to do a research and it does seem legit but even so, I really hate G***lng and I don't like making money while doing nothing. Like I just throw in a small amount and it gives me a steady income while I'm just watching. How do you make money just like that (you kidding)?????
So what kind of work do I put in, that will make me earn that extra money? I want an explanation that will make sense not only to those that are business-literate. Let's just say, I need a "for dummies" kinda explanation that I'll use especially when I'm asked by the people around (if at all this thing is fine and I happen to join).
Can somebody please explain???

  1. You can make $20 for each 20 minute survey!

Guess what? This is exactly what major companies are paying me for. They need to know what their average customer needs and wants. So large companies pay millions of dollars each month to the average person. In return, the average person, myself included, fills out surveys and gives them their opinion.
